Red Team Kitchen is the operating name of Alexios Bluff Mara LLC, a research-and-software lab in collaboration with Illinois State University. This site is being rebuilt as the stable public archive for our hackathon and research projects: what shipped, what did not, what can be replayed from the edge, and what still depends on the Seratonin RTX 5090 desktop being awake.

Cortex

A browser brain viewer for TRIBE v2 predictions: submitted media becomes a 20,484-vertex cortical response, a Three.js cortical-surface preview, and four narrations. The interactive app is working locally again on the 5090, but public live mode depends on that PC being online.

Gemma 4 Good Hackathon

Mercury

A local-first agent experiment built from the Hermes codebase. The useful result is the evaluation and integration work; the current direction is to use Hermes directly instead of maintaining a separate long-lived fork.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare + Git

The healthy target is boring on purpose: Astro in Git, Cloudflare Pages for the site, R2 for durable media, and a clearly marked live Cortex tunnel only when the desktop is available.
